Video resources
Streamed video is available from the DVDs, Videos and Streaming Tab on the
library's main page via our Films on Demand and American History in Video
databases. You can also find physical items from our DVD/VHS collection
by searching our catalog.
To ensure you have video on the dates you need it, contact Margaret Yingling at
651.779.3968, and she'll put your request on the video schedule.
If you would like to use Films on Demand streamed resources in an online course, please make sure these resources
will work off campus. If you have problems, please contact Randi Madisen.
Library Instruction
To schedule a library orientation class or a specialized library resource class
taught by our team of instructors, fill out a request form or contact Cathy Adams at

Interlibrary Loan
The Library supports the ongoing research needs of faculty by providing
Interlibrary Loan services.
Table of Contents
The Library can provide a copy of the table of contents from journals
that we subscribe to when they arrive in the library. Faculty can select
article of interest, and we will copy the articles and send them, usually via
email. Contact Karen Millet at 651.779.5540

Purchasing Materials
The Library will purchase materials to support your classes, subject to our
acquisitions guidelines. Contact Cheryl Langevin at
651.779.3969 for more information.
Other
The Library has additional resources to help your students succeed, including:
- digital voice recorders that students can check out for several days
- video viewing stations
- reservable study rooms where students can hook up a laptop to a large screen for group work
- laptops available for use in the library
- public copying facilities with scanning and color copies
- fax services for students.
