Mission Statement

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness collects and communicates information to support the planning, accreditation, and decision-making processes of the College.

Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for reaccreditation processes required by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Century's accreditation information is posted on the HLC website.

Century College is an Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) member and is required to have a minimum of three continuous improvement projects through the higher learning. Century College’s project information may be found on the HLC website.

An AQIP Systems Portfolio is also available.

Each fall, the Institutional Effectiveness unit publishes a Student Snapshot that provides student enrollment characteristics.

Institutional Research

Institutional Research is a responsibility area within Institutional Effectiveness, and manages college research, performance measurements, key performance indicators, and other accountability indicators.
