About Century Women's Softball

Focus on Excellence

The inaugural intercollegiate season is a building year for softball at Century College. Returning only two players from the club team last year, the roster is primarily composed of freshmen and transfer students.

In her first year at the helm of the Wood Ducks Women's Softball team, Coach Kenney is focusing on building a foundation of excellence and developing the program. Competitive drive and mental toughness is important for this team as it strives for excellence.

Fall and Spring Seasons

The Century College softball team plays both a fall and spring softball schedule. The fall practice season runs late August through mid-November with 6–10 games.

The spring season starts with the spring semester classes. The team will play 40 games in the spring, including a dome tournament, competition against local four-year schools and a southern trip.

All practices and home games are played at the newly renovated softball field. The athletic facilities also include indoor and outdoor battling cages and state-of-the-art fitness center.
