Overview: Federal and State motor carrier regulations are designed to ensure highway safety.
This module delivers the basic regulations and fundamental requirements for special transportation
service operators and drivers operating in Minnesota.
Audience: All special transportation operators and drivers operating in Minnesota.
eMagine Role: Collaborated with Mn/DOT management, subject matter experts, and
web developers to create instructional design and produce script for eLearning production
by Mn/DOT programmers.
Delivery: Available anytime on Mn/DOT website.
Results: A self-instructional, self-paced, interactive eLearning module with internal
self-tests and final assessment.
