Xcel Energy determined that online training would be the most efficient and cost-effective
delivery.
Audience: Employees in dozens of offices in 9 states.
eMagine Role: Collaborated with Xcel Energy and subject matter experts to create instructional design,
produce scripts, record audio, and develop content in flash files for complete eLearning
tutorial.
Delivery: Available within Xcel Energy intranet on proprietary LMS.
Results: Interactive, self-instructional eLearning with self-checks and tracked post-test.
