Overview: Federal and State motor carrier regulations are designed to ensure highway safety.
This module delivers the basic regulations and fundamental requirements for limousine
operators and drivers operating in Minnesota.
Audience: All limousine operators and drivers operating in Minnesota.
eMagine Role: Collaborated with Mn/DOT management, subject matter experts, and web
developers to create instructional design and produce script for eLearning production by
Mn/DOT programmers.
Results: A self-instructional, self-paced, interactive eLearning module with internal
self-tests and final assessment.
