Flexible learning options

Century offers courses to fit into your busy schedule. Classes are offered monthly in the following options:

  • Day or evening.
  • Open enrollment or customized training.
  • Credit or non-credit hour certificates.

Certificates awarded

All participants who successfully complete the training program are awarded a special certificate indicating the Continuing Education Units (CEUs) they have earned.

Phase I and II courses

Phase I courses

Phase 1 of the SMGT program is comprised of the following courses (4 hours each):

  • The Ethical Leader
  • Principles of Supervision
  • Coaching
  • Legal Considerations: What Every Supervisor Needs to Know
  • Generational Diversity in the Workplace
  • Conflict Management
  • Performance Management
  • High Performance Team Building

Phase II courses

Phase 2 of the SMGT program is comprised of the following courses (4 hours each), with the exception of Project Management, which is 6 hours:
