This course provides relevant information on issues related to the new International Residential Code (IRC) and the Minnesota Amendments to it, including the Energy Code.

In class, you'll learn about new products and product updates, new design ideas, new building code requirements, business management tools, and best practices to help you manage your business resources and budgets efficiently and profitably.

In addition, you will be provided with a generous amount of information & handouts on resources and case studies. Much of the information can be immediately applied and utilized.

Approved by the Mn Department of Labor & Industry

This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Labor for
8 hours of Continuing Education, and includes one hour on energy code and one hour of lead abatement for new license holders.
