Transcripts
Official
An official transcript is one that is usually provided directly to an employer or transfer institution.
- Official transcripts cost $5.00 each, with an additional $5.00 fee for rush orders.
- Official transcripts can be ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Please remember that once the envelope seal has been broken, a transcript is no longer considered official.
Unofficial
An unofficial transcript is one that you have access to, and can print, through Student
e-Services
or receive directly from the Records or Counseling Offices, Unofficial Transcript Requests.
In your final semester, it may be necessary to send a transcript with your courses still "in progress",
so that your employment or college application can be processed.
The college/university will then want a final transcript with a degree designation. You may then submit a transcript request form to the Records Office
and request "hold for degree".
