Official Transcript Requests

You may request delivery of an official, sealed transcript to another college(s) or third party in-person, by mail or by fax.

Transcripts CANNOT be requested via e-mail. To request an official transcript IN PERSON:

  • Come to the Records Office, complete a Transcript Request Form, and pay the $5.00 per transcript fee at the Business Office.
  • The transcript will be sent or be available for pick-up within three business days of receipt of request (except during peak periods at start and end of registration periods and semesters).

Rush service

Please add an additional $5.00 for rush service. The transcript is sent via regular mail within 24 hours or made available for pick-up within 1 hour of receipt of request). If would like to pick it up in person, you must show a picture ID.

To request an official transcript by Mail or Fax:

Complete the Transcript Request Form (pdf) and mail or fax it with your payment.

Pay by credit card or enclose a check or money order payable to Century College.

Faxed requests are received into a locked area to keep all information confidential.

Fax requests may only be made using a credit card. Include the credit card expiration date and the zip code of card holder.

Reminders

  • Northeast Metro 916 transcripts cannot be processed with rush service for mail or pick-up.
  • Transcripts are not released if there is a hold on your record, so please check online at the e-Services website before making the request. Login, select Courses & Registration, then select Check Registration holds.
  • The college will not fax transcripts.
  • Requests must include payment by check, money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover accepted).
