The Addiction Counseling program is designed for career opportunities in entry-level positions in the field of chemical dependency counseling. You will be prepared for the written examination, which is required for state licensure.

The Cosmetology program provides you with an affordable education to prepare you for an exciting career in the Cosmetology industry with particular focus on nail care, skin care, hair styling, coloring, cutting, and more.

This program helps prepare students for the rigors of the criminal justice profession and advancement of knowledge of the criminal justice system. Program curriculum includes criminal law and procedure, policing, investigation, corrections and juvenile justice.

The Education program provides both the foundation for upper division coursework for those planning to become teachers, as well as opportunities to earn either a certificate or associates degree in Paraeducation. Complete the Elementary Education Foundations or Special Education Transfer Pathway Degree for transfer to a Minnesota State university.

In this hands-on educational program, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the attitudes, thoughts and feelings of working as a human services generalist and gain direct experience with human service consumers and agencies through internships and class experiences.
