The 3D Modeling and Animation AAS degree prepares students for 3D content development careers throughout a variety of industries including Game Development, Film and Visual Effects, Forensic and Medical Animation, and many others. This program provides the comprehensive skills of 3D animation, modeling, texturing, visual effects, concept art, and character rigging that can be used in a variety of applications. Emphasis is on providing the valuable technical, conceptual, and design skills necessary for those wishing to obtain a position as a 3D artist.

Century's accounting program prepares you for a variety of positions, from an entry-level job as a clerk to a manager in an accounts payable, accounts receivable or payroll department. The Accounting Transfer Pathway Degree has been carefully designed so that you can transfer to a Minnesota State university to earn a bachelor's degree.

The Automotive Body Technician Diploma program is designed to expose students to all facets of the auto body industry: unibody and frame, computer estimating, damage analysis, refinishing and major structure repair.

The Automotive Service Technician Diploma program prepares students to perform automotive repairs in the following areas: engine repair and diagnosis, cooling system, emission control, computer systems, fuel injection, engine performance maintenance, air conditioning and automatic transmission/transaxle.

Century College offers a Business Transfer Pathway Associate in Science (AS) degree and a Business Management Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree.

The Facilities Maintenance Engineer program prepares students to obtain employment as a commercial building maintenance engineer. Courses and training incorporate classroom and hands-on instruction, preparing students for employment in a wide range of commercial facilities, including office buildings, hotels, hospitals, community centers and college campuses, with emphasis given to advanced facility systems, automation, controls and energy management.

The Graphic Design & Production Program at Century College prepares students to use a creative design process to develop ideas into clear and purposeful communication that informs, markets and promotes. Using a hands-on approach, students develop the skills and confidence to take a variety of publications from concept to finished product. Projects include corporate identity, packaging, publishing, advertising, signage, and information graphics.

Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology, commonly called HVAC, is the service and installation of heating and cooling equipment. The main emphasis is on domestic, with some instruction on light commercial.

Nationally, horticulture is a major employer and includes jobs in garden centers, greenhouses, grounds maintenance firms, park systems sports complexes, and private grounds. Persons working in horticulture may also be self-employed. The Horticulture department offers a variety of awards including certificates, diplomas and degrees.

In the Interior Design program, students will develop a strong foundation in all facets of interior design, including sustainable and eco-friendly design, residential design, design elements, color theory, and decorating. Interior Design students will also become proficient in drafting tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp and skills such as marketing and sales.

Kitchen & Bath Design is an NKBA accredited certificate program which prepares you for entry level and advanced positions in the Kitchen & Bath Design Industry. This program includes the knowledge, skills, and attributes necessary for working in this specialized design area.

Write your own hero story. Become a video producer in the Narrative Video Production Degree program. Story guides production decisions and in this degree you will realize the value of storytelling, planning, shooting, editing, and visual effects as you create narrative films, news stories, and documentaries; as well as marketing, instructional, and promotional pieces.

The Medical Office program prepares you to perform key functions in almost any medical office environment. The medical office technology program prepares you for today’s medical office responsibilities with knowledge in medical terms and anatomy as well as keyboarding, word processing, communications, filing and interpersonal relations.

The Photographic Careers AAS degree prepares students for a career in professional photography. Course assignments ready students for event, location, and studio shooting. The program covers what professional photographers need to jump start their careers. Topics include professional equipment, editing, workflow, business and marketing practices for photographers, lighting, and portfolio development. Emphasis is on providing skills necessary for those wishing to start a career in photography.
