Academic and Administrator Jobs Instructions
To apply, click on the job title in the listing and select "Apply". If you do not have a People Admin account, you will be prompted to create one.
All of the required fields of the online application must be completed. Do not use terms such as “see resume” or “provided upon request”.
Along with the online application, please refer to each specific job posting for the required attachments for the position for which you are applying. The application materials must be attached to your online application by 11:30 pm on the posted closing date. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Along with the application, required additional application material may include attachments such as:
- Letter of Interest
- Transcripts: Please redact all the private information on the transcript before uploading, such as social security number, birth date, age, gender, and date of high school graduation. Foreign transcripts must include an official transcript evaluation which interprets equivalency to U.S. graduate credit. If you have transcripts from multiple institutions you can either scan them together as one document and upload the one document or scan them in individually and upload them as Supplemental Documents. If you have any trouble, please contact the Century College Recruiter via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an attachment is required and you do not attach the document to your application, your application will be considered incomplete.

The State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) provides comprehensive health benefits and excellent medical and dental coverage.
The state offers basic group term life insurance and the option to purchase additional coverage for the employee, spouse or dependent children.

Health & Wellbeing Programs
Services are designed to address most aspects of wellbeing, such as personal, family, physical, financial, legal, work life, etc. Century also has an on-site Wellness Committee that provides training and wellness events for employees.
Minnesota State offers a tuition waiver benefit to eligible employees which provides the cost of tuition and, in some cases, certain fees. Along with tuition waivers Century College also offers Tuition Reimbursement and Faculty Professional Development Funds for Employees.
