Along with the online application, refer to each specific job posting for the required attachments for the position for which you are applying. - Transcripts (please redact all the private information on the transcript before uploading, such as social security number, birth date, age, gender, and date of high school graduation. Foreign transcripts must include an official transcript evaluation which interprets equivalency to U.S. graduate credits)

The State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) provides comprehensive health benefits and excellent medical and dental coverage.
The state offers basic group term life insurance and the option to purchase additional coverage for the employee, spouse or dependent children.

Optional plans to protect your income and assets are available for purchase.
Benefit eligible employees have the option to enroll in pre-tax accounts (flexible spending accounts) such as a Medical/Dental Expense Account (MDEA), or a Dependent Care Expense Account (DCEA).

The Employee Assistance Program provides, expert, confidential, personal consultation for concerns including financial and legal matters, relationship challenges, and personal and family problems.
Health & Wellbeing Programs
Services are designed to address most aspects of wellbeing, such as personal, family, physical, financial, legal, work life, etc. Century also has an on-site Wellness Committee that provides training and wellness events for employees.
Minnesota State offers a tuition waiver benefit to eligible employees which provides the cost of tuition and, in some cases, certain fees. Along with tuition waivers Century College also offers Tuition Reimbursement and Faculty Professional Development Funds for Employees.
