The Century College Nursing Program was recently named the #1 ranked Associate Degree Nursing program in Minnesota, and the #2 ranked Nursing program in Minnesota overall when compared among 42 Baccalaureate and Associate Degree programs by registerednursing.org

The rankings are based on NCLEX-RN© first time success rates over four years. Century College Nursing program graduates consistently maintain high ranking first-time success rates on their NCLEX-RN© exams, along with outstanding student retention rates.

“The Century College Nursing program prepared me for success starting right away on orientation day,” states Maggie Hall, RN, 2016 graduate. “Each faculty member uniquely contributed to my knowledge and skills and helped to construct a platform of success and confidence as a nurse. Century prepares you by using each and every opportunity to nurture, enrich, and ready nursing students.”

Century College has consistently graduated high-quality students to become registered nurses caring for our most vulnerable in Minnesota. The nursing program was established 45 years ago, and has maintained full accreditation status since 1977. The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing currently accredits the Century College Nursing Program.

“This recognition reinforces the exceptional work of our faculty, students, and staff at Century College,” states Jennifer Eccles, Director of Nursing. “Students enrolling in our nursing program participate in an affordable, extraordinary education with support services and clinical experiences, allowing them to confidently enter and succeed in the rewarding field of nursing.”

The Century College Nursing program is a dual-enrollment Associate Degree and Baccalaureate Degree program in a consortium with the Minnesota Alliance for Nursing Education (MANE). Students are dually enrolled with Century College and Metropolitan State University to complete an Associate of Science in Nursing in 5 semesters, and a Baccalaureate in Nursing in 3 further semesters in a seamless transition program on Century College campus. This unique partnership allows graduates to become high quality Registered Nurses with bright futures in the nursing field.
