27th Annual Jazz Festival

White Bear Lake, MN –  Jazz trumpeter and composer Randy Brecker is the featured guest artist at Century College’s 27th Annual Jazz Festival. Brecker will perform with the Century College Jazz Ensemble for two shows – Saturday, January 30 at 8 pm and Sunday, January 31 at 3 pm at the Century College, West Campus Theatre.

Over the last four decades, Brecker has had a profound influence on the worlds of jazz, R&B and rock. A five-time Grammy Award winner, Brecker has worked with a wide range of artists, including James Taylor, Bruce Springsteen, Steely Dan, Frank Zappa and Frank Sinatra.

Musicians Joel Shapira and Charmin Michelle will perform during the pre-concert receptions, one hour prior to both concerts. Complimentary beverages, cheese and dessert will be served.

Tickets: $20 adults, $10 students. Tickets can be purchased at the door or ahead of time until January 28.

Proceeds support student scholarships through the Century College Foundation.
