About the Program
The Professional Photography AAS degree prepares students for a career in wedding and portrait photography. Course assignments ready students for event, location and studio shooting. Upon completion students will have acquired professional equipment, knowledge of business practices, and a business identity to position them for success. Students will:
- Create and capture compelling images of people, events, fashion, products, and landscapes that thrill clients
- Build a professional photography business including brand identity, marketing plan, online presence, social media integration, and client management
- Bring your creative vision to life using professional techniques, high-tech equipment, and a full range of editing tools
