About the Program
The Web Design AAS Degree prepares students for careers in Web Design and front-end development, with an emphasis on creativity and design. Training in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery will equip students with the skills necessary to implement their designs and to compete for jobs designing and developing websites in the interactive media industry. Students will also:
- Interpret client needs to design creative, eye-catching, and responsive websites and mobile applications
- Create impactful visual communication to engage the public for clients trying to make a splash
- Maximize search engine optimization by developing clean, modern, and intuitive websites
