Computer Centers

Information Technology Services has two open Computer Centers providing computer usage to all enrolled Century College credit students. Staff is available to help in the use of the computer equipment.

Submit a Request

Submit a help request 

When you click the link above, you’ll be prompted for login. Follow these instructions to submit a ticket to Student IT Helpdesk successfully:

  1. Enter and StarID password. Authenticate when prompted.
  2. Click Submit an IT Service Request at the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Enter a subject and description that best describes the problem. Then click Create at the bottom of the page.

A Student Help Technician will be in touch with you shortly to help you resolve the problem!

After Hours Alternatives

When Century College is closed and you need technology support, please email or submit a ticket and the Student Tech Support Experts will assist you the next day the Computer Centers are open!
